She had to get transferred & not many Orthodontists in Aguadilla/Isabela wanted to accept new transfers. Instead I kept searching until I found Herrero Ortho in Manati. Let me tell you he’s awesome, bilingual, positive attitude, compassionate with what he does, and always detailed in his plan to proceed with patient. The Staff there are very sweet with a positive attitude as well and office plus bathrooms are very clean. I live in Isabela so it’s worth the drive. My daughters braces and smile are looking beautiful I totally recommend. Thank you for your time Dr. Francisco and for always being humbled.".

  • "Hoy visité a ortodoncista Dr.herrero y sin dudas es un lugar verdaderamente especial. Desde que llego siento paz; es un espacio tan bonito que solo cierro los ojos y me desconecto del mundo. Las empleadas tienen manos de ángeles, y su trato refleja cariño, dedicación y profesionalismo. El doctor es un ser humano excepcional: atento, carismático y profundamente humano con sus pacientes. Se lo dejé saber a el y declaré bendiciones para su lugar de trabajo y su familia, porque realmente se lo merecen. En un momento donde estaba pasando situaciones con mi hija, llegar aquí me regaló tranquilidad. Pude irme en paz luego de mi tratamiento de ortodoncia, sintiendo alivio y gratitud.   • "I came here a couple of years ago to have a new retainer made for my upper teeth and my experience with staff and the doctors was a positive one. It was Herrero and Joy who saw me. Both doctors are like two peas in a pod. They both offer the same quality of care so I had no issue being seen by either one of them. My retainer had a slight defect in it when it arrived but they quickly had a new one made for me at no additional cost to me. I appreciated their honesty. It fit well and I've never had any irritation or discomfort while wearing it. I can honestly say that I regret not coming here for my orthodontic treatment. Instead, I chose to go to a different dental office...and it was an absolute nightmare. Horrible. For me, their dental office was like a breath of fresh air, like finding a needle in a haystack. I felt comfortable in their presence, like they had my best interest in mind and I'm truly thankful for that, since it's incredibly difficult for me to find doctors that I trust. I'm 100% satisfied with their services and I would not hesitate to return or to recommend them".

  • "Whenever I find an exceptional doctor in PR, I want to share! We had to switch orthodontists because I just couldn't handle the long wait to get into the chair on every single visit, and I didn't feel super comfortable with the treatment plan. Enter Dr. Herrero. He moved back to PR to be closer to family about a year ago after practicing in the States for several years. He diagnosed my son's bite issues and recommended traditional braces because Invisalign wouldn't be an option to deal with the diagnosis. We had two other doctors who said Invisalign would work just fine. An oral surgeon friend also confirmed the traditional braces route was the only option for success. Office is lovely, well-operated, punctual, and the doc is super nice and skilled. (I am receiving nothing in exchange for this unsolicited, glowing review 😂). Hope this helps someone!"
